All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled online, refunds are not guaranteed online, and customers must contact Velvet Rose directly for any issue with an order.

Because floral arrangements are fresh, perishable, and prepared for a specific delivery date and recipient, Velvet Rose does not accept standard product returns or exchanges.
